What you will need

  • 8 oz The Ditch
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup green apple pulp
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 1 Handful baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp spirulina

Blend The Ditch, kale, pineapple, and green apple pulp until smooth. Garnish with strawberries, cubed pineapple, spinach, hemp seeds, and spirulina.
