The weekend is upon us and we plan to be laid back, sippin on gin and juice. Forget your basic gin and tonics. Tonic is basically just a synonym for sugar water, sneakily giving you a gnarly hangover the next day. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Upgrade your G&Ts. Swap out the tonic for one of our righteous, cold pressed juices. For this recipe, we decided to get a little creative with our ‘Limited Edish’ Cucumber + Pineapple Special Batch juice. We paired it with Montauk Rum Runners Citrus Flavored Gin for a cool, crisp and insanely refreshing combination.

What you will need

  • 4 oz Cucumber + Pineapple Special Batch
  • 2 oz Montauk Rum Runners Citrus Flavored Gin
  • 1 cucumber, to garnish
  • 1 handful of ice


Using a vegetable peeler, slice thin ribbons of cucumber and place in your cocktail glass. Combine the gin and juice in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain over cocktail glass with cucumber slices in it. Sip and enjoy.
